Social media users are climbing milk crates in a new dangerous challenge.
In case you missed it, the milk crate challenge is when you stack up milk crates into a pyramid. Then you attempt to climb up and then down the pyramid of crates without falling.
The Indianapolis Colts mascot, Blue, managed to complete the challenge in a video shared on the team mascot’s Twitter page.
Despite his success, please don’t try this at home:

It doesn’t always go so well.
Most people have fallen and nurses and doctors have weighed in that hospital cases have risen because of the challenge!

And now the FDA has weighed in.
Conan O’Brien shared on Twitter that he is “waiting for FDA approval before I take the milk crate challenge” and the FDA has responded to his tweet saying, “Although we regulate milk, we can’t recommend you try that. Perhaps enjoy a nice glass of 2% and return all those crates to the grocery store?”
